At USATruckRims.com, we are dedicated to offering top-quality wheels and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we provide a 30-day refund policy with no restocking fee under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging.
  • Mounted wheels are not eligible for refunds. If the wheels have been installed on tires, we cannot accept the return.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the returned item arrives damaged, a restocking fee of 50% or more may apply.

How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please contact us through our contact page or call us at 858-361-4121 between 9 AM - 5 PM PST, seven days a week. Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Return Process:

  • Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.
  • Do not send items back without prior approval—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the refund requirements.
  • If the item is approved, we will begin processing your refund. If it arrives damaged, we will notify you of any additional charges.

Refund Timing:

  • Refunds will be issued within 10 business days after approval.
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card provider.
