Limited Structural Warranty

At USATruckRims.com, we stand behind the quality of our wheels and offer a limited structural warranty to protect against manufacturer defects. Please review the terms below to understand the coverage and limitations of this warranty.

What’s Covered?

✅ Structural Defects – We guarantee that our wheels are free from structural defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the wheel under normal and intended use.

What’s NOT Covered?

❌ Accidental Damage – Any damage caused by curb rash, potholes, road debris, collisions, or other impacts is not covered.
❌ Normal Wear & Tear – Over time, wheels may develop minor imperfections due to regular use. This is not considered a defect and is not covered under this warranty.
❌ Misuse or Improper Installation – Any damage resulting from incorrect mounting, over-torquing, improper tire fitment, or modifications voids the warranty.
❌ Cosmetic Issues – Scratches, fading, peeling, discoloration, or corrosion due to environmental exposure or improper cleaning methods are not covered.
❌ Third-Party Repairs or Alterations – Any attempts to repair, weld, or alter the wheels immediately void the warranty.

Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your wheel has a structural defect, follow these steps to submit a claim:

  1. Contact Us – Submit a warranty request via our contact page with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect.
  2. Inspection & Approval – We will review your claim and determine if the issue falls under the warranty. Additional photos or a professional inspection may be required.
  3. Shipping & Costs – If approved, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the wheel to us for inspection and receiving a replacement.

Final Notes

  • This limited structural warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • USATruckRims.com reserves the right to repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.
  • If the exact wheel model is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be offered.
